We put customers first, so if you have a question, want to amend an order or simply discuss please give us a call on +44 131 478 6661 or email info@saltiresuzuki.com and we'll get straight onto your request.

If you've chosen to have your order delivered, we'll aim to have it dispatched within 2 working days.  We'll send you an email as soon as it's been dispatched giving you details of when to expect delivery.  We'll normally send your order by courier, details will be included in the next email.
 
If we can't get it to you within 5 working days, we'll email you and let you know.  
 
If you've chosen to collect your item in store, please wait till you've received confirmation that it's ready for you, just on the off chance that your chosen item is out of stock we'd hate you to waste a trip.  We'll aim to send you an email within 48 hours but if you'd like to know sooner, just call us.
 
Our store is open Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 5:30pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm.  We are closed on Mondays (even people who work in a bike shop need a day off!)
