I'm back in switzerland. When I was in Edinburgh, I needed a new chain, a new rear and engine sprocket for my Suzuki DRZ 400. So I came to Saltire Suzuki and bought a new chain kit. I just want to say thanks for helping me. If you hadn't helped me to change the engine sprocket, I would have lost 2 days of scotland. Thanks!!!

I cant express enough how grateful I am at the quality of service I've received from you. From helping me out when I had my accident, straight through to getting my new bike. Even with the problems we've encountered with getting the new bike you've been nothing but honest, informative, and have catered to my needs without any hassles.

 

The service you provide outclasses any other dealership I've been to and I know I'll be coming to you guys for all my biking needs. I have to say Saltire feels like more than just a dealership, it's friendly, good environment and I know whenever I come in I'll have a good chat and a laugh. Even my own mother thinks you're all wonderful and raves about you to her friends.

I am writing to express my thanks and appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received when my Suzuki GSX-R750 was booked into Saltire for its first service.

 

I was concerned that the bike had not been properly PDI'd and although you were aware that it had been purchased elsewhere you stated that Saltire would be happy to service and maintain the bike.

 

I am aware that Saltire is under no obligation to service a bike that has been purchased elsewhere and for that I am extremely grateful. I know that the bike has had an excellent service. I have no fears of checks being missed and I can now enjoy my cycling with peace of mind knowing the bike has been serviced properly.

 

I am happy to recommend Saltire to fellow bikers and must comment that the level of customer service received was exceptional.

Many thanks to all those concerned at Saltire for sorting out the electrical fault on my K6 Gixer 750.

 

Especially since the dealer that supplied my bike couldn't get it working properly in the 1st place, another dealer wanted nothing to do with it, and another dealer charged me £80 to tell me the bike had the fault, which I told them about, and they couldn't fix it.

 

It took me about 6 months worth of calls to try and get this sorted, and was getting no where, until a casual conversation with Geoff lead to Saltire getting involved and within a couple of weeks, my bike was sorted.

 

Thanks again everyone. It may be a bit of a cliché, but you really do only find out how good somewhere is when you have a problem, I know my next Suzuki will be a Saltire Suzuki, now how much is it for a Gixer thou???

Fantastic,

I have nothing but praise. I called up at short notice as I had a worn tyre. Within 5 minutes a call-back confirming that there was one in stock. Another call just to ensure correct speed rating. One hour later I was at Saltire in Edinburgh, a short time later, back on the road, new tyre fitted.

 

I don't even own a Suzuki.

What can I say?

I've been using you guys since you started, and the service has always been first class. At the end of 2006 I bought a V-Strom from you and whilst it has been back more often than I expected (falling off and attempted theft, not the bike's fault) you have always looked after my biking needs with a helpful attitude and attention to detail.

After exceeding my expectations once again today, I had to write to say thanks once more. There's nowhere else to go in East Central Scotland that compares.

Blown away by your customer service on Friday. From test drive to home in less than 3 hours, and on a busy Friday afternoon too! You guys really exceeded all my expectations by getting my new bike ready so fast, and with a willing smile too.
